AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT:
Thank you for considering the "Casino VR
Affiliate" program (the "Program") where we pay you a stellar 40% of the "net casino revenues" as described below. The
following are the terms and conditions of the agreement (the "Agreement")
between Casino VR and Webmasters with respect to the Program:
Sign-Up:
Visitors shall be directed to a Casino VR web site
via a Casino VR-approved Internet Hypertext transfer (HTML) link (AKA banners and text links).
Casino VR has designed the banners and other promotional items that will be used on your
Internet web site. Upon registration, Webmasters will receive an e-mail confirming
their participation in the Program. Our registration page will provide Webmasters with the
unique URL to which the banner(s) on their site(s) will link. Webmasters must use this URL
in order to receive credit for commissions to their account. Upon sign-up, Webmasters will
be issued their unique Merchant number. That information will be needed to access reports.
Webmasters may access reports by choosing "Commission$" icon on the Casino VR web
site. Reports will be updated daily. The relationship between Webmasters and Casino VR shall be
only as described herein, and shall not be construed to create a partnership, agency or
employment relationship between the Webmaster and Casino VR. You may sign up/Register in Real

Commissions:
Casino VR is prepared to pay Top Dollar to
you to be our Webmaster Affiliate! Casino VR will reconcile your Account monthly and pay
you 40% of net casino revenues, trackable by you on a
daily basis. You are always a winner as a Casino VR Webmaster Affiliate. This is a casino
that does pay!
Affiliate
Program:
This plan pays to all webmasters a
spectacular 40% of the net casino revenues that are generated by
referrals from their respective web site(s), with players that are registered with our
online casino and deposit funds to play for real dollars. This client will have made a
deposit in U.S. funds and their funds had been approved by our merchant credit card
authentication system.
Payment Plan:
Net Casino Revenues are defined as cumulative players losses less, credit card merchant fees, operating costs, merchant banking holdback reserve, and an allowance for charge backs. For each membership directed to Casino VR site(s) from the Webmaster's site, a commission contingent on the specific banner program shall be paid. Commissions that have reached a level of one dollar ($1.00) or more shall be paid in the first week after the end of the previous month. If commissions have not reached a minimum of $1.00 before a payment period, payments will be made in the first week after the end of the previous month, once the Account exceeds the $1.00 minimum. Any negative balances will reflect cumulative player winnings. Until cumulative player losses occur, there will be a carry over into the following pay period(s). All payments will be made by check, Neteller or Firepay in U.S. dollars.
Webmaster
Rights:
Casino VR is granting Webmasters the non-exclusive
right to direct and/or refer users or visitors from their web site to Casino VR's web site(s).
Casino VR is also granting Webmasters a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, during
the term of this Agreement, to use graphics, including banners, and other intellectual
properties (collectively the"Content") owned or licensed by Casino VR for the sole
purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting Casino VR's site(s). Webmasters may not copy,
transfer, alter or modify any link or banner, or any Content, in any way, without the
prior written permission of Casino VR. The license herein granted shall automatically and
immediately cease upon the termination of this Agreement. The rights granted herein shall
be for reasonable, appropriate and lawful use, only. Casino VR specifically forbids the practice
of "spamming" (i.e., the sending of unsolicited bulk e-mail) as a means of
attracting traffic to site(s). If any Webmaster is found to be spamming, he/she will be
dropped from the Program without pay.
Webmasters
Obligations:
The Webmaster warrants and represents that
he/she owns or operates a lawful and otherwise valid Internet web site. The Webmaster
further represents that he/she has the requisite power and authority to enter into this
Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein. The Webmaster also warrants and
represents that he/she is at least nineteen (19) years of age and that performance under
this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or
obligation undertaken by him/her, and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments,
decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude him/her from entering into this
Agreement. The Webmaster agrees to indemnify Casino VR and its shareholders, officers,
directors, employees and agents against any loss, damage or liability (including
reasonable legal fees) which result from his/her acts or omissions or from the use of any
Content or other Casino VR materials not expressly authorized by this agreement.
Disclaimer
and Limitation of Liability:
Casino VR provides its services "as is"
and makes no warranties, either express or implied, with regard to the performance of the
link or the Content of Casino VR's site(s). Casino VR expressly disclaims any warranties, including
that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Program,
and the Webmaster acknowledges that no representation or warranty has been made with
respect to any income which you may or may not receive under this Agreement. Casino VR shall not
be held liable to the Webmaster or any other person or entity, including users of Casino VR's
services, for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind, arising from or in connection
with any mistakes, omissions, delays, errors, interruptions in the transmission or receipt
of Casino VR's services or content. Casino VR is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental or
consequential damages, including loss of business, loss of profits and the like.
Term
and Termination of Agreement:
The term of this Agreement shall continue
until terminated by either party upon e-mail notice to the other then confirmed by
telephone, which notice may be given with or without cause. In the event and upon
termination of this Agreement, the Webmaster shall immediately cease using Casino VR's Content
in any way, shape or form. All such materials must be immediately removed from the
Webmaster's site(s). Any warranties, indemnities and obligations that by their nature are
designed to survive termination, shall extend beyond the termination of this Agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement for reasons other than the Webmaster's material
violation, he/she shall be entitled to all unpaid commissions earned prior to the date and
hour of termination. However, the Webmaster shall not be entitled to receive commissions
for referrals delivered after the date of termination. The foregoing notwithstanding,
final pay outs will be made only if the Webmaster's Account balance exceeds one dollar ($1.00). Casino VR reserves the right to terminate the Program without advance
notification for any reason. In such case, the Webmaster will be notified by e-mail
immediately and paid any commission accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases
where it is determined he/she has violated this Agreement in any material way. Examples of
material violations include the use of blind links, spamming, credit card fraud, and
abnormally high chargeback rate, hits coming from any type of Meta-tag refreshers, or hits
generated by JavaScript or applets or free password sites.
General:
The terms of this Agreement shall be
governed and construed by the laws of the country of St. Kitts, (without regard to
conflicts of laws or rules), shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising
from or in connection with this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of
the parties with respect to its subject matter, and its terms shall be waived or amended
only by the parties' written agreement. The Webmaster shall not assign your rights or
obligations under this Agreement without Casino VR's prior written consent.
Acceptance
and Execution of Agreement:
By filling out and submitting the
“sign-up form”, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this Agreement and Casino VR is
agreeing to become counter-party to the Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement
shall be the date on which the form is received at Casino VR. You'll know exactly how much money
you're making thanks to an in-depth, detailed reporting system. You will have a Merchant
ID and password to access your Account reports, which are updated daily on our
"Commission$" page. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to
change without notice at the discretion of Casino VR.
NOTE
TO SPAMMERS:
If you are even thinking about using this
program to Spam, you will not be paid for the traffic, and we may prosecute under both
Federal and State laws that apply to spammers. Spamming will not be tolerated.
